Just bring the wellies and you are good to go.

Vancouver is an incredible city to explore even in winter. Just look at the greenery beginning of January. 

No matter what time I visit, one of the superb public gardens is always on my itinerary.

But so are lots of other things to see and do on a soggy winter day.

I'll promise you won't be bored even if the rain continues to drizzle.
