Haliburton County Studio Tour

Invitation to come and meet 26 artists in the Haliburton County area. The Haliburton County Studio Tour takes place every year, and in 2010, it will already be the 23rd event.

You will find a wide variety of artists and craftspeople; from mixed media, jeweler, potters, fabric artists, wire sculptors to glass and woodworking artists. Every one of them is always good for a surprise. You meet them personally in their own studio where they demonstrate their art. The member studios display the Haliburton Studio Logo, so it's easy to find them.

The Studio Tour is held in October - the most colourful time of the year. It's a pleasure to drive, bike or hike in the Highlands when the forest explodes in a canopy of crimson, orange and gold, and nature paints its own canvas in exuberant and breathtaking colours. A work of art in itself.

It is the ideal opportunity and time to get to know the Haliburton Highlands, its roads, hamlets, villages, and people.

The Haliburton Highlands are located north east of Toronto.
