Yes, it is Shuswap Lake, on the top of the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. The Shuswap Lake with its many arms has over 1000km shoreline and is known as Canada's "house-boating" lake.

This was made in Scotch Creek, right across from where I live.
I particularly love this moody photo. I once drove all around this huge lake (and wrecked my car on logging roads). This was made just before a storm.
Copper Island (far end) is the only island in that huge lake. I live half way up the hill on the right hand side.
