WOW Concerts and Roots and Blues Festival

We holidayed in the area this summer (house-boated in Sicamous) and we wowed to return. When I researched the area before leaving we didn't find too much information and were surprised that there were so many events while we were there. We attended the WOW concerts twice and luckily we were there when the Roots and Blues Festival took place. Excellent musicians, and again, I think that should be publicized much better. Or maybe Canadian's want to keep their goodies for themselves?

Our houseboat moored more in Salmon Arm's marina than we boated. There was so much to see and do in and around town, we couldn't get enough.
